When you complete our trip planning quiz, we collect your name, email address, and optional location, along with your quiz answers — species preference, budget, timing, experience level, and travel style.
When you contact us directly, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
We do not collect payment information. All booking payments are handled directly between you and the lodge.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
Match you with suitable fly fishing destinations
Send you a personalised destination recommendation
Follow up on your enquiry and assist with booking coordination
Improve the quality of our recommendations over time
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

When you proceed with a booking, we introduce you directly to the relevant lodge. The lodge will receive your name and contact details for the purpose of completing your booking.
We use Airtable to store lead information securely. Airtable is a US-based service that complies with standard data protection requirements.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
How long we keep your information
We retain your information for as long as necessary to service your enquiry and any subsequent booking. If you would like your information deleted, contact us at hello@checkpointflyfishing.com and we will remove it within 14 days.
